In which Tori finally posts on her blog

I know I havn't written here for a while but thats because this computer is so slow. Once I start TAFE I can post on faster computers and this will hopefully be more encouraging to my blogging efforts. Anyways since I last posted I took Twistie and Apples to Robyne's for a week. It did not start well. I took the two of them up to the property and put them in stables while Robyne and I went to collect Kisha (Clara and Wendy's horse). When we arrived back I found that Apples had rubbed herself raw on a metal feed bin all across her chest. I rode Twistie that evening and we did a bit of showjumping. She was really good. We then decided to take my ponies back to Robyne's house and let them sleep in her back yard.

Tuesday was really hot so we got up early to go for a ride. I loaded my 2 into the float and drove them to the property. They had a few issues about comming out of the float and Twistie scraped up the inside of her leg. So I didnt ride her but I did try riding Apples. She was very slippery bareback but she behaved herself with Robyne leading her for me. That night I went home as I had to go to town on Wednesday to sort out a few things.

I went back to Robyne's on Thursday and was supposed to have a showjumping lesson at 9am. We decided to work the baby horses first so I jumped on Minx, Clara rode Sky, Pat rode her horse and Wendy decided to have some on Joshie's shetland pony Buster. After about 10minutes Buster bucked Wendy off and she injured her collerbone and was taken away in an ambulance. (She is getting better now). I put all the baby horses away and Pat and I went for a ride out on her horse and Twistie.

Friday morning I had my lesson on Twistie and we jumped about 85cm. She was really good. After which I rode Minx again and then had another go on Apples. Robyne took some photos so I will have to get them from her and post them on here.
