In which Tori is tired of Hobart weather

It has been windy for about two weeks now. I am so sick of it. Twistie is sick of it. You can't possibly do anything with a horse in the wind. I can't ride her because I can't hear her over the wind and we just have arguments and I can't lunge her because the wind pulls at the rope and she gets pulled in all directions and she can't hear the commands I give her resulting in her cantering madly on the wrong lead. So she is bored in her paddock and I am bored in my room at Jane procrastinating about doing my homework.

On another note. Last night was the first week back at scouts since the school holidays. My little cubs had a cuboree themed night where the cubs who went to cuboree (those who are 10 and will soon be moving up to scouts) told the others what they did at camp and then we all do some of the activities in rotations. My activity was craft where I helped them finish off their fathers day pressents (a little late I know but the glue wasn't dry before) and then we made new woggles which are supposed to look like wolves but really look like kangaroos. It was a good night even if the cubs were all mad as it was the first night back.

Today I get to start my new job at the RSPCA yay!
