In which Tori has strangers laughing at her

Last night was NJ and the Giggle's halloween party. Originally I thought that I would not dress up and simply go as an Other (from the Night Watch). But then I saw my black cardboard sitting in my room and thought that I would go as a black cat. So I made some ears and pinned them to a head band. I then found a black top and discovered I dont have any black pants. So I had to wear camel coloured pants and thought that I could change my costume slightly to be Tiger Cub from the Night Watch - she is a shape shifter. I used lipstick to make my nose pink, made my face darker with dark brown eyeshaddow then used my light brown / copper eyeshaddow to draw stripes around my face and down my arms (some dark brown stripes were used too). I then drew whiskers with a black permanent marker and a silver pen. And I made a tail out of a black shawl and orange ribbon. I also added my black gloves which have the fingers cut out of them to make claws. All in all I thought it looked rather good.

To get to this party I had to walk from Jane, up Davey st, down Lynton ave, along Waterworks rd and then turn into the street this house is on. It was rush hour on all three major roads I swear. I had so many people drive past laughing at me. Then on Waterworks road some guy was comming out of his house and informed me that I had stripes. Oh well. The party was good. Ingrid came as a pirate and bought Bindy (her cockatiel) along as her pirate bird. There were two other cats and a few witches. Sam Martin came as bubble wrap man (last year he came a doily man). Oh we also had a pinyata. I think that almost everyone at this party needs to have some softball practice. They were never going to break into the pinyata by tapping it with the stick. I went home at around 9:15 and at 10:15 got a phone call from Ingrid (who sounded rather tipsey) about the fact that I had left my jacket in her car. It was a good night.

Dear anonymous,
Please leave your name. And I did get a photo but as I do not have a digital camera you will have to wait for the film to be finished and developed which could take a while.
