In which the earth quakes

Yes thats right. Last night at around 11:20 the Adelaide Hills had an earthquake. I had only just gone to sleep when I was woken by a loud rumbling and deep vibrations like standing next to a really loud subwoofer. During this all the dogs slept (so much for a sixth sense). I also went to check on the ponies and while Twistie was a bit nervous the other two seemed calm. Apparently the earthquake as a magnitude 3.8 and the epicentre was at Wistow which is only an hours drive from us.

On a more general topic. Work is going well. We are finally revegetating some wetlands. I have dressage today on Twistie and Otis is coping with life as best as Otis can. Also I am looking for someone to break Apples into harness so that she can be out doing things rather than just being stuck in the paddock all the time.

Work sounds like fun. Way more fun than writing a thesis anyhow.
