Well I didnt really just remeber that I had it it is jsut that I realised I hadnt posted on it this month and I couldnt let my blogging slip to less than once a month considering that posting only once a month is rather slack in itself.
So in my life: Otis is still around. I am waiting for the dentist to come and look at his teeth to see if that will fix his head issues. My instructor Nicki doesnt want me riding him until they are looked at. Thankfully the dentist is comming next Saturday and I can start working with him again. Twistie is being contrary. Today I decided to ride her in the paddock so that I wouldnt have to take her away from her friends. They stood at the top of the paddock and Twistie was working (without concentrating at all) down the bottom of the paddock. After a while I moved her further away from her friends by riding her in the triangle and she was semi concentrating. Then I took her for a rideout down the road and round the corner and she was fine. Normally it is the otherway around and if she knows where her friends are then she concentrates.
A few weeks ago I took Cleo to be clipped. She needs this as she is a long haired border collie and her coat gets all matted and in summer is full of grass seeds. She looks really funny as she still has a fluffy face with a little skinny body. Anyways yesterday mum bought me my own clippers and we clipped Meggy all over cause she was really hot. My first clipping job was not exactly a success but not an overall disaster. She is really neat in parts but then her back legs are really scruffy. We were worried about nicking her with the clippers cause she doesnt stop bleeding. Gretta also got a bit of a clip. She just got her belly done and her big German Shepherd ruff (collar) done. She doesnt look so bad.
Anyways that is life at the moment and the end of the post for October.
